The hotel has an excellent location, right in the heart of the city center. It is close to the market, and all the major attractions are nearby. the room and bathroom were pretty clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. the hotel also had a decent restaurant with a good menu.
The sound isolation was terrible. the noise from the surrounding area penetrated the room easily, making it challenging to sleep at night.

Great location in the heart of the city close to everything. Super comfortable beds and modern amenities made for a great stay. Appreciate the helpful and friendly staff, always willing to lend a hand.
The cleanliness could be improved, as there was a bug issue in the room. there were some issues with communication and some of the staff could benefit from better training on how to handle customer complaints.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city center. It was so convenient being close to the market, lake, and all the attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities like hot water, clean linens, and bathroom hygiene products. The staff was friendly and helpful, making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the modern and cozy blanket in the room, perfect for a good night's sleep. Plus, the hotel provided free Wi-Fi, which was a great bonus.
Everything was great, no improvements needed.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel in the city center. It was conveniently located close to the market and all the attractions. I recently stayed at a hotel in the heart of the city and had a fantastic experience. The location was absolutely perfect, with the market, lake, and all the attractions just a stone's throw away. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The room itself was clean and cozy, with all the basic amenities I needed, including AC to beat the summer heat. Additionally, the hotel had a lovely restaurant and bar where I could enjoy delicious meals and unwind after a long day of exploring.
